What if a customer no-shows?
You still get paid for the slot. The deposit covers it. We handle the refund conversation so you don't have to.
Do I have to offer pickup or mobile service?
Nope. You can list as drop-off only and it'll work exactly the same. Pickup and mobile are there if you want to charge a premium for them.
How do I get paid?
Direct deposit, usually next business day after the job is marked complete. We use Stripe Connect, same rails every major marketplace uses.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your customer list, your prices, your reviews — all yours. Export anytime. Delete your account anytime and we wipe it.
